The Grain Seeds Cleaning Winnowing Sorting Screening Machine has two layers with different sizes of sieve holes, and one vibrating sieve. The upper sieve is used to select impurities larger than the material, and the lower layer is to select impurities smaller than the material. The upper and lower sieve holes should be similar to the size of the material and not exceed 0.2 cm.

In addition, there is a fan for cleaning at the feed inlet of the machine.
 

Cleaning principle: When the material slides through the feed opening, the feeding speed is effectively controlled, and the skin, bran and other impurities that are lighter than the material are strongly sucked away by the fan in the lower layer of the feed hopper! The fan outlet can be equipped with a cloth ventilation pocket with the same caliber to prevent dust pollution!
 

Machine maintenance:
Please check the lubrication and clean each moving part (such as bearings) every 4-10 hours of working hours.
When moving the machine before using it, choose a relatively flat site.
