According to our client's requirement of crushing dough with a specific moisture content into fine flour-like particles, we designed this food grade stainless steel hammer mill. During the hammer milling process, fine particles pass through the perforated plate beneath the rotor and are subsequently conveyed to the next stage of the process. The final product from the hammer mill appears as shown in the image, consisting of fine particles:

The mill model is UGHM-3S stainless steel food grade hammer mill with capacity 200-400 kg/h (whole set ready for operation). Parts include: 1) hammer mill, 2) customized electric motor for malaysia, 3) stainless steel sieve with 2cm diameter hole, 4) feeding hopper, 5) discharging outlet, 6) stainless steel blower, 7) stainless steel cyclone, 8) stainless steel pipes and related accessories, etc.
