Brief Introduction:

Cassava Cutting Planting Machine Planter is a ridge-type cassava planter, highly versatile and adaptable to various soil types.

The machine consists of a frame, ridge-forming disc, fertilization mechanism, cassava seed cutting assembly, planting mechanism, soil covering device, and ground wheels.

Workflow: The operator feeds the cassava seed into the cutting blade box inlet. After entering the cutting area, the seed is positioned between the anti-fall fixing cylinder and the cutting blade by the linkage of the cutting gear and the rotating shaft; the two sets of cutting blades close to complete the cutting. The cut seed falls into the field through the feeding cylinder, and then the soil covering disc gathers the soil, completely burying the seed.

This machine can complete the entire process of furrowing, ridge-forming, fertilizing, cutting, planting, and soil covering in one operation. It plants one ridge at a time, with two rows of cassava per ridge. Only one tractor driver and two planting workers are needed to operate it, effectively improving work efficiency, reducing labor costs and intensity, making it an excellent tool for large-scale cassava cultivation.
