Bamboo Shoots Dehusker Performance Characteristics and Principle:
After boiling and cooling, the bamboo shoots are first manually trimmed of the roots (some bamboo shoots may not have roots and can be left untrimmed). They are then placed sequentially onto the peeling machine's conveyor belt, where the bamboo shoot flesh is peeled out by the pressure of the conveyor belt and textured rubber rollers.

This bamboo shoots dehusker is specifically designed for processing freshly boiled and cooled bamboo shoots.
