What should we notice about corn husking machine winter maintenance?

First, clean the muddiness on the corn husking machine thoroughly. Check each fastening adapting piece.

Second, clean the transmission gearbox, replace with new lubrication oil and oil enough grease to each grease fitting.

Third, check whether each axle becomes loose and adjust the loose part in time.

Fourth, clean the two ends of bearing of the cutter shaft and replace the oil seal if necessary.

Fifth, dismantle the blade, clean it and apply oil to maintain.

Sixth, dismantle the cardan, maintain the bearing and apply oil.

Seventh, check the cone gear bonding moulage and adjust it according to the manual if necessary. Put the corn husking machine in the dry and ventilated room. If we have to put it outdside, there should have a housing and a gasket to make the tool apron separated from the ground.
