1. Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are one large manufacturer specializing in agricultural machines research and production. Many trading companies from home and abroad purchase agricultural machines from us.

2. Can you deliver the machine to my address?
Yes, we can send goods to your address by express like DHL, which is suitable for goods with small weight below 200kg. We usually ship machines by sea.

3. Where are you? Can we go to China and visit your factory?
Yes, of course. Our address: No. 7 Gaocun Guanzhuang Industrial Park, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. Welcome to our factory!

4. How to make the payment?
Generally, we accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) for order.

5. How about the delivery time?
We would arrange the delivery as soon as possible when we receive your transfer. It usually takes 2-5 days to be ready.

6. Can the motor work in my place?
When you place your order, please provide the power supply available in your place. We will choose the right motor for you.

7. Do you have Quality Guarantee?
Yes, the machine usually has 3-years quality guarantee. During the guarantee period, if any part of the machine has quality problem without any worker's wrong operation, we should replace the parts for free by express at once.
