UG10A Ensiling Hay Cutter Structure:
It mainly consists of feeding part, cutting part, throwing part, transmission part, protective device and machine rack.
Detailed structure:
1)Feeding part: mainly includes feeding stand, cutter stator and cutter stator fulcrum bearing.
2)Cutting part: mainly includes moving blade, ctter disk, lock screw, tec.
3) Transmission part: mainly includes triangular belt, transmission shaft, gears, cardon joint, etc.
4)Protective device: mainly includes protective cover.
Hay cutter working principle:
It adopts motor or diesel as the matched power.
First, power transmission to principal axis.
The gear on the other end of the principal axis transfers the speed-controlled power to the grass-pressing roller through gear case and cardan joint.
When the raw material is sent into the part between upper and lower grass-pressing rollers, then the material is sent ito the cutting part with a certain speed by the roller. After being cut by the high-speed rotating cutter, the material is thrown out of the machine.
