Brief Introduction:
Working Principle of the UGTZ-5 Kneading Type Seeds Corn Threshing and Primary Cleaning Machine:
This machine primarily consists of a corn cob threshing system, a screening system, and a fan.
Working Principle:
Seed corn cobs are fed manually or conveyed to the thresher's inlet and then enter the threshing chamber. The threshing chamber contains a grid-like concave plate and a main shaft with curved plates and curved toothed plates. The main shaft rotates at a low speed, kneading the curved toothed plates, curved plates, and grid-like concave plates to separate the kernels from the cobs. The curved toothed plates and curved plates are rotatably attached to the threshing shaft, kneading the corn cobs while they are propelled forward. During this process, the kernels are separated from the cobs and discharged through the core discharge port on the thresher. The threshed kernels pass through the gaps in the grid and enter the screening system. The kernels entering the screening system first pass through an upper sieve to remove large impurities, then pass through a lower sieve to remove small impurities. The cleaned corn seeds are then discharged through a good seed outlet. After threshing, the light impurities and fluff mixed in the seeds are separated from the seeds by a fan, thus achieving both threshing and primary cleaning.

Technical Parameters:
Our kneading corn thresher has a production capacity of 5000 kg/h.
When the kernel moisture content is less than 18%, its performance indicators are as follows:
Removal rate: >99%;
Crush rate: <0.8%;
Cleanliness: >93%;
Hourly production rate: 5000 kg/h (per ear feed)
Any change of technical parameters, there is no further notice.
