1. Are you the manufacturer?
Yes, we are the manufacturer specializing in corn threshers and other agri-machines research and production for over 25 years. Many trading companies from home and abroad purchase the machines from us.

2. Can you deliver the machine to my address?
Yes, we can send goods to your address by express like DHL, which is suitable for goods with small weight below 200kg. We usually ship machines by sea.

3. Where are you? Can we go to China and visit your factory?
Yes, of course. We are in the Industrial Park of Xingyang City, Henan Province, China. Welcome to our factory!

4. How to make the payment?
Generally, we accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) for order.

5. How about the delivery time?
We would arrange the delivery as soon as possible when we receive your transfer. It usually takes 2-5 days to be ready.

6. Can the motor work in my place?
When you place your order, you’d better tell us the power supply available in your place. We will choose the right motor for you.

7. Do you have Quality Guarantee?
Yes, the machine usually has one-year quality guarantee. During the guarantee period, if the main body is defective as the bad quality without any workers’ wrong operation, we should replace the parts for free.
